The 4 drills that will fix your
early extension and transform
your ball striking

It’s not that you can't do it.
It’s that nobody’s told you the actual cause.

Early extension is one of the most common faults in golf, and one of the most frustrating to fix. If you’ve ever been told to “keep your butt back,” tried it, and watched it fall apart the second you swing at full speed — you already know generic advice doesn’t cut it.

That’s because early extension isn’t a discipline problem, and it isn’t one single thing. It happens for a handful of different reasons — how your hips rotate, where your weight sits, how your arms sequence, even how you’re controlling the clubface. Most golfers have never been shown which one is actually theirs, so the tips never stick.

In this series of videos, I’ll explain what early extension really is, why it wrecks your ball striking, and show you the go-to drills I use with golfers every day to attack its most common causes — so you can hold your posture through the ball and finally start striking it the way you know you can.
